OUR PHILOSOPHY

We offer a friendly, courteous and professional show office for your club’s events at a reasonable cost.

Our goals as show secretary are to represent your club in the most professional manner, ensure accurate records of the event are maintained and treat each exhibitor or owner equally.  We believe for a show to be successful there needs to be good communication and team work with us and the club.   We want all exhibitors to see accurate draws in a timely manner and experience quick and friendly check in/checkout.

We have been  ‘show moms’ for numerous years and had the pleasure of visiting many clubs in our adventures with our kids.  This has allowed us to experience the type of service we enjoyed at other clubs, as well as the bad.  We have taken these experiences into consideration to the type of service that will be provided to your club and exhibitors.  We both have held positions for an NRHA affiliate as club secretary, youth advisor and board director.  This experience has provided us the insight to meet the needs of clubs.
